Join us for a fun evening of traditional square and line dancing! Help us bring students to this fun summertime activity. The Barn Dance is always a hit with students, whether we have 5 or 50 who join us. All dances are taught, so beginners are welcome. Please invite any students you know, and feel free to invite local friends to join as well. There is a requested donation to cover the cost of the dance caller if you can give, but the amount is up to you.

Help us share the famous American pastime of Baseball with some of our international student friends. The Red Wings will be playing the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders at Innovative Field in downtown Rochester. Sign up below to join in the fun. Every year we host a new student welcome picnic the day before classes begin. This is not only a fun event, but a fantastic way to connect with international students and begin a long-term friendship. The Welcome Picnic is key for setting the course for the entire year. So please sign up to help and mark your calendar. It will be an all-hands-on-deck endeavor.

This is also a great event to invite any perspective volunteers to as they can interact with students and get a feel for IFI and our culture. So if you know anyone who would like to expereince an IFI event please invite them to join.
